The Pacheco Consulting Group, LLC (PCG) provides cultural centric service delivery, public engagement, healthcare, and health policy consultation services to public and private sector clients. Guadalupe Pacheco is the founder and principle of the PCG.

Mr. Pacheco has over 30 years of senior-level health and human services management experience in the non-profit and public sectors. During the past 17 years, he worked at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Minority Health (OMH), as a Senior Health Advisor to the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Minority Health.

At OMH, he developed and was associated with a number of program initiatives addressing health disparities, healthcare access, and workforce development issues of minority populations. Specifically, he developed the Center for Linguistic and Cultural Competence in Health Care, the Center for Emergency Preparedness in Under-Served Communities, and the National Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services in Health Care Standards. Additionally, at the HHS Departmental level, he participated in various workgroups to develop policies and other operational guidelines for the implementation of Affordable Care Act, specifically the cultural competency provisions of the Act.
